This presentation will share the experiences and learning of Lumos, who partners with local government authorities around the world to help deliver care reform for children. The presentation will focus on the challenges and power dynamics which can influence safeguarding and safeguarding capacity building within the partnership, and also share some strategies and tools Lumos uses to promote the importance of and build government partner capacity for effective safeguarding.
